Refund Policy for Amoha
Right of Return You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with European legislation for online purchases.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be in its original packaging (if possible)
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt via joeske@amoha.nl to register your return
Return Process
- Send us an email with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you instructions for returning the product
- Send the product back to the address we provide
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund within 14 days
Return Costs The costs for returning the product are at your own expense, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
Refund We will refund the full purchase amount via the same payment method you used. Shipping costs will not be refunded, except for defective or damaged products.
Exceptions Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
