Shipping Policy for Amoha
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking code.
Shipping Locations Our products are handmade and shipped from various locations within the European Union (the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, or France), depending on where we are at that moment. This does not affect the quality of your order or delivery time.
Delivery Times
- The Netherlands: 2-10 business days
- European Union: 5-10 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the postal service and customs.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Tracking All orders are shipped with a tracking code so you can follow your package.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours via joeske@amoha.nl. We will work with you to find a solution.
