1. General These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through amoha.nl. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

  • An order is final after you have completed payment
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order number
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders

5. Payment

  • Payment is processed through secure payment methods
  • Your order will only be shipped after payment has been received

8. Warranty and Liability

  • Our products are handmade with care
  • For defects within 6 months of purchase, we offer a solution
  • We are not liable for indirect damage
  • Safe use: Our jewelry is intended for decorative purposes. Wear with care and remove during activities where they may catch or become damaged (such as sports, sleeping, or working with machinery)
  • Liability: We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from wearing our jewelry, including but not limited to: snagging on objects, allergic reactions, or damage to clothing
  • We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit
  • Our liability is limited in all cases to the amount of your order

9. Intellectual Property All content on our website (texts, images, logos) is the property of Amoha and may not be used without permission.

10. Complaints Complaints can be submitted via joeske@amoha.nl. We aim to respond within 7 days.

11. Applicable Law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

12. Changes We reserve the right to modify these terms. The most recent version can always be found on our website.
